“Men look at women. Women watch themselves being looked at. This determines not only most relations between men and woman but also the relation of women to themselves”

                                                                                                              John Berger. Ways of Seeing

These images have been taken over the last 10 years in Colombia, Estonia, Turkey, France, Canada, Netherlands and Germany. They are a visual journey on the quest of denaturing the "look".

I look. I'm looked. Same as you do. And when no one is looking?
He looks.  She looks.

We, women, want to be looked.

... Do WE ?...

Yet we question "What are you looking at?"
Yet we do wonder "How do I look? "

The line is thin between seeing and being blind.
